A Fork Full of Earth Pop Up!

Excited news!

Local organic catering company A Fork Full of Earth will be popping up at 123 Bolinas, in conjunction with Megan McCulloch who has been the Chef de Cuisine at Forkfull for the past 3 years.

A rare opportunity for the public to encounter the wild, rustic and elegant fare of Forkfull, this 3-day pop up from the 13th to 15th September, will be a prix fixe menu, inspired by the height of summer in it's bounty. For a sneak peak of some elements, there will be an ode to the beautiful Salanova lettuce from Paradise Valley for those of you lettuce connoisseurs, Fig leaf & palo santo smoked duck breast with bruléed brown turkey figs, seared day boat scallops with G&S's corn soup, and some foraged elements for a taste of whats wild in the bay area right now.

There will be a limited number or seats available: one seating on Thursday at 6:30pm, two seatings on Friday & Saturday at 6:00pm & 8:30p. Pre-booking is required (link at the end of this page)

We will be accommodating vegetarians and gluten free diets, please let us know upon booking.

$75 per person, optional paired wine by Tom Kelly of August Vineyards for $25, or you can opt to order wine from the menu.

The bar will be open for walk-ins, with bar snacks available.

Hope to see you there!
